Interim and fractional CTO
We act as the senior technical voice in the room, for boards, for investors, for staff. We make and defend the decisions: stack, vendors, team shape, build-versus-buy, in-house-versus-outsource. We are accountable for outcomes the way a permanent CTO would be, but on a fractional or interim basis that fits a business of your size.
Governance and oversight
Most organisations create more software than they realise. Internal tools, automations, integrations, mobile apps, scripts that quietly became load-bearing. Each one is a potential liability, in licencing, in security, in data handling. We audit what is actually being created and put a governance process in place that tells you what goes in to your software, where it goes, what the risks are, and how it is licenced.

Product management at the senior level
The hardest part of running a software product is not building it. It is deciding what to build, and what not to build. Traceability is non-negotiable. Every requirement carries an identifier from cradle to grave; the identifier never changes; the priority and the name can. This is the difference between a project that can answer "where did that decision come from?" and one that cannot.

- Engagement starts. Either an interim mandate (full-time, time-boxed) or a fractional retainer (typically one or two days a week, ongoing). We agree the shape with you.
- Quarterly review. App Platform is not designed to be a permanent fixture. Every three months we review whether it is still the right shape, or whether the business has outgrown it.

App Platform is priced on a day rate, with retainer arrangements available where the engagement is ongoing. The exact number depends on the shape: full interim mandates, fractional retainers, and project-based audits all price differently.
